So another problem I have encountered is the Climate control blower fan pressure from the front vents works great for a short while but slowly the air passing through the front vents get less and less until almost no cold air comes out ,The rear vents blow nice strong cool air .

After turning the car off for a while say 10 min all is working again once I restart the car.

So, I did a little research and found that the final stage resistor (FTR) was at fault, I changed it and all was good .

Easy job by the way $104 from the stealers Land Rover part No JGO 000021

But yesterday after a long drive down the coast 4hours total it slowed again, could it be the FTR is shot again ?

I also read the following possible culprits

1: there was an software upgrade available to the correct this problem

2:the climate control has a rest period in high humidity areas to stop the condenser freezing .

3: the Cabin temperature sensor located behind the three buttons that control the air flow direction needs cleaning .

4:the rear C/control has its own FST

I have also learnt that the fan noise that I can hear when I open the car is a small fan passing air over the cabin temperature sensor so it can take an air sample .

Can anyone help ?

You highlight a common fault with regard to the FST.
Certainly a cheaper option getting it posted from the UK.
If you are intending to keep the RR for a while probably best to have 1 spare.
3/ yes that is the sensor/sniffer for cabin air temp, from experience with a P38 they do get dusty and need a clean from time to time, CO contact cleaner is the go you dont need to pull anything apart that way, compressed air will do the job to a lesser extent.
I find hearing the fan come on when I get in annoying, lord only knows why it come on even with the engine shut down.

Having endured a hot summer without the blower working here in Central Vic, used the instructions by Welcome to RSW Solutions (http://rswsolutions.com/) posted by Docstrada, and 1/2 an hour, a sore back, bumped head, and perspiration stinging in the eyes later, all done.

Air again, thank you, just wish I saw this before all those 40°+ days!

BTW the RSWsolution instructions are for LHD, in the RHD you do not (can not without breaking parts) pull the footwell vent tubes down & out of the way.
On the RHD you can, with a great deal of discomfort & a torch & mirror,

Unplug, unscrew 1 x 2.0 torx, and remove side panel;
Remove under dash vanity panel, unscrew 4 x 2.0 torx, 1 x big plastic female screw near the computer vent, then unclip the light and siren/buzzer and remove;
Grab the light and use it to help illuminate the work area, a torch and mirror look up high and to the front of the floorwell, you are looking for a plug with a group of larger diameter cables in it, with brown closest and down;
Place you hand up and grab the two push parts of the plug and pull off (you may have to move the front footwell vent tube around to see/feel/unplug/etc;
There are no screws to remove despite looking at the part, there is a black clip holding the FSR in place (not in my case it was loose), and pull straight out;
Be carefull to align straight into the triangular cavity and push straight in (otherwise you bend the soft porcupines);
Replace the plug; and
Check fan for operation.

Assembly is the reverse.

Used a non-genuine Motorking version from the states for ~$44 USD including the postage.
