Heater/Air conditioning blower fan not working

Happy new year to everyone.
My heater blower fan has stopped working and I have checked all fuses and wiring and all seems ok.I have tested the blower and it is working and power is getting to the relay and relay seems ok.I am wondering if anyone can tell me if the air conditioning compressor gas is low if there is a shut off that cuts off the blower fan being able to be switched on.At the moment the fan switch does nothing with the heater or air con, on any speed,nothing happening at all.

Well air-con won't work unless fan working, I would suggest you don't use heater either as it could get very hot under the dash. Maybe the fan motor itself has blown? Mine cuts out every now & again when on 4 & I have to give the switch a light touch & it starts again so that would be wiring (loose?) sorry but can't help much :(
