Hello all.
I have just purchased a second set of wheels for my 2005 RRS to have some off road tyres installed on.
I am thinking of an AT pattern as I cannot find an MT in the required size.
So far the best quotes I have are $305 each for Hankook Dynapro AT-M or $290 each for General Grabber AT.
Does anyone know where I can get a better price or even a recommendation for different tyres?
Thanks, Ian.

Keen to hear the answers here.
I also have a RRs (2013) with 20' wheels and cannot decide whether to simply put on the LTZ in a 20" or go 19's in same or go 18's ??

I only do light tracks and gravel roads etc , my vehicle is never going to be a bush basher, but would like to day trips to the condamine etc without having to worry about punctures and damage.

Any suggestions as to what will suffice ?? buying additional rims and spare is an expensive business if not required. I would prefer to stay with one set of tyres for both onroad (90% and light offroad 10%)

I have a second set of 19's so looking for either 255/50/19 or 255/55/19. Probably the 55's as this seems to be more common and the extra sidewall height couldn't hurt either.

Cheers, Ian.

We have the LTZ's on our 2013 RRS in 275/45/R 20 for just same sort of reasons you are quoting. Very happy with them to date. :)

If you go to this post "DavecandoIT Range Rover Traxide Kit Install" in the Veranda section of this forum there are photos of coopers on RRS and also Traxide install by Dave who is in Caboolture. He was good to deal with.

Try Wayne at Fourbys of Moorooka on 07 3892 2766.

Whilst it has been a tyre store for as long as I can remember, I bought my first tyres (Bridgestone RD207) there in 1968. Several different owners (the tyre shop of course) and I still buy my tyres there as I value the service, the advice and the keen pricing on whatever I have in mind.

This is not an advert for the company just a happy buyer; of course your mileage may vary as there are quite a few tyre dealers in Brisbane to check out...

Hi Meccles. I see you're running 275/45/R20 LTZ's. May I ask what spare you are running, and did the dealer from whom you boughtthe car suggest any warranty issues by changing from 40's to 45's. The JLR dealer (Solitaire) here (Adelaide) were very non committal when it came to this to the point I did not think they would honour any warranty issues that could be attributed to changing tyre spec. Love to hear your thoughts. Many thanks, Lew.
