My Series 3 has been off the road for a number of years, needing some TLC. It has been about 3 years since we last even started the engine. Now is the time to get her up and running again and re-registered. First step was to get it running:

The first thing to do is to fix up the rust. I figure if this is going to be a huge issue, then there is no point in fixing some of the other mechanical problems. The main concern is the rust shown below:

There does not appear to be any other rust in the firewall or footwells. The chassis is good. Anyone here an expert that can provide advice on where to go or who to talk to about getting this fixed? This is one thing that I cannot do myself.
