Hi all!
I've acquired an 80" from Bathurst- a running , driving gem:)
Came with a spare 1.6 motor, unfortunately fitted s2 mudguards, and an original PTO Set up!
Has a rust free Firewall bar some small surface areas, and the chassis is sound as a pound!
He shall be called 'Leonard' the Landy (after my Grandad who passed away recently) and I intend on restoring him and getting my 6 year old lad involved from an early age, with a view to eventually passing him on as and when he gets old enough, and if fuel hasn't run out by the year 2024:)
10 years should see us with enough time- I mean, he runs, so we're already halfway there!
Cheers,
Alex:)

That was a ripper of a buy and if it is the one I am thinking of you were really lucky to get it

Yep, she's a good thing and will most definitely get restored. I have a good lead on a set of front wings- only trouble is they come with a ball of rust that used to be an 80" attached!
It has some small issues to contend with- need to get shut of the Nasty Bullbar too, as a whack to it linked the front LH Dumb Iron- but that's an easy fix.

As the above picture shows, I also like the way it defies gravity and the laws of Physics.
