Had a break in the wind yesterday it's been blowing hard here for the last month. Was great to get the boat out harassing some coral trout.

Nice trout mate, I can't see any spear hole so guessing you caught it on a line.

Bearman I've just started using a cheaper lure ( bolt ) from blue water tackle. I got sick of loosing x raps to the reef. They have been going well if not better than the x raps. We have a series of shoals on the east side of the gulf around 4 - 6 meters and trolling a 6 mtr deep diver out long does the trick. If your not onto it they dive straight into a hole. Love it and there great on the plate.

Another nice one Dan!. There must be some rippers out in the deep water as well. Have you ever caught any out in the deep?:)

No mate I haven't. I find there in around the 5 meter mark but in saying that i don't really bottom bounce in deep water. Dan
