I think I read in the past that someone on this forum has installed one of these, but I can't recall who it was. They are sold through the Opposite Loack stores and look like a normal steering damper with a kind of over coil arrangement.
I'm considering buying one myself and would appreciate any feedback.
Pretty please.

Bigbugga wrote a bit in the latest Newsletter and favourably and that I guess you are referring to Defender200Tdi.
My Disco has been vague in the steering department since the spring lift , something to do with castor angle I believe, so I will be pursuing this.
BB drives a Disco which echos Kev's comments re the difference between the Disco and his Defender Xtreme. It would be interesting to understand why.

Ah, thanks one-iota, I knew I read it somewhere.
Kev, it's interesting that it worked so well on a Disco, yet was so bad on a Defender. :? AFAIK there isn't that much difference between the steering systems, other than the damper being on the other side of the axle really. Any idea what would cause the different performance?

Thanks Kev.
I think I'll go and visit my little Koni man instead.
At least then it'll be bright red and colour co-ordinate with my shockers. 8)
