Well, you have to know the breeder.
There are a lot of good breeders that have to many dogs and because they like to keep the blood line they arrange partnership with people that they know or have good references to keep some of their dogs.
IMO it is a good arrangement for both parties .

Eva was due on Friday (63 days gestation) but she when into labour today morning after dropping her temperature late last night.
It is her first time so the poor dog was a bit unsettle.
She pushed 2 boys very easy and then another 5 come. Seven boys!
After the seven she stopped pushing but she still have a round belly.
One a hour after anoher 2 boys come like a bullet and hardly have time to type a PM in the mobile when the number 10 popped out
Ten boys, not one single girl.
All of them are healthy but being born 4 days premature (and also 10) they are small. For sure they will grow up very quickly.
Here are couple of short videos with the 7 puppies

Thanks Arthur, she have a given name when I got her, the name is Eva.
Her official name is Kaparla Back to Back.
Now the task will be to give name to the 10 puppies.
I was thinking: Rover, Rangie, County, Disco, Defe,........
Money Pit will be to long :D

Do you get to keep any of the pups Arthur, or do they all go back to the breeder.
My mum has some involvement with the people who breed / train guide dogs in Hobart. She occasionally gets to look after Labrador / Golden Retreiver pups for a short while. Sent me a good photo recently of herself holding a beautiful looking pup that was destined to be trained as a guide dog.

The breeder looks after the puppies. Chances are that you mum know the breeder because she is a very well known Australian and international breeder and judge.
If you like to contact the breeder send me a PM.
Cheers
