Finally got the web page up and running.

The new range of universal diff breather manifolds are suitable for all vehicles and certainly wouldn't look out of place on a Disco or Rangie.

After a lot of development work, the personalised fairleads can now have paint inlaid in the engraving to really hi light the lettering.

Do you (will you) make a 5 breather manifold for a 6X6?

Or even a 3 and a 2 breather manifold. One for the engine bay (front/g-box) one for the rear (middle/rear/transfer)? Oops you do make those already :o

(someone has a proof reading problem on their website)

Mate I will make anything..almost..:D

Not sure how much firewall space you have but could either do a straight 5 or more of a block version with say a row of 3 and then a row of 2, or you could use a 2 and a 3 as you have seen.

Happy for any feedback on errors on the site. Much appreciated.

Cheers

Hi Nugget.

Seeing you have the duo and triple manifolds, it may be easier to have the triple in the engine bay for the front diff and gearbox/transfer and then have a duo on the rear of the body for the two rear diffs. Or some mix and match of that. Or I could have two 3 way manifolds including the tank. :)

Have you considered a splash cover for the filters? It could merely be a piece of aluminium angle over the top and front with the ends open that would prevent mud splashing on top of the mesh.

Diana :)

Thanks for the suggestion. I ran one in my 110 for 3 years in all sorts of conditions and never had a problem.

Extreme mud might clog them but the beauty of the sintered stainless is that they can be cleaned. I did a LOT of dirty road/desert work and they held up really well. If I wasn't going to a 4 port, I could have put it straight on the 130 to be honest.

cheers

I like the idea, as I have been wondering what I was going to do, I won't get them just yet as I'll have to measure up the lengths and the D6X6 is after the current SIIB R380 project.

No Probs. Let me know when you are ready and we can make sure there is adequate tube etc for the 6 X 6.

On that set-up just use a Y piece up the back and join the 2 diffs, then run a single line up the front...

But don't you run the risk of oil siphoning from one to the other (yes I understand you'd have some serious articulation happening with rapid cooling in a river etc. but would still rather run individual lines.)

Also not convinced that twelve foot long breather tubes with humps and hollows are a good idea.

Looks like you prefer to spend your time in the workshop doing something important rather than endless mucking about with computers

(and I mean that as a compliment)

...............This is all a hobby for me so the budget is zero. :D........

I started off just selling a few small 4wd related items on EBay when I was a cabinet maker, now my hobby is my full time job and I struggle at times to keep up with things.
I am no IT guru, but I managed to build my own website too, and I work from a home based workshop. Your situation is sounding familiar.

All the best with your venture Wayne, with the quality of products you're turning out I'm sure they will be popular.

Cheers, Murray

Nugget can I make a suggestion for your website?

This is just coming from a layman viewing yours, I really think you need to slow down your slide show a fraction, like I said though its only a suggestion :)

I envy all you guys for getting out there and just doing it!!!...I have never built a website let alone 4wd equipment..I would love to have a crack at a website but what comes first the chicken or the egg hahahahah everyone needs a reason to build a website so perhaps I need to learn how to build things for cars first :p

Im getting so excited about the products you guys offer and I cant wait to put them on my new car...

I'm so glad I never bought the snorkle kit for the 110 in the end for someone else to benefit form it but I will be getting one for the 130.

Thanks for the suggestion. I ran it a bit quicker as I thought people would get bored but a couple people have said the same so I fix it up :D

As I say, all feedback appreciated.

Am working on the defender 4 port diff breather right now.
