Well the WA chapter of the AULRO had a successful outing today.

8 vehicles gathered at the Dwellingup pub for a little jaunt into the bush.

The day had its share of rain but didnt dampen the enthusiasm. There was plenty of mud around to get the trucks dirty.

Pictures have been taken by most of the crew and will be attached in due course. I have taken a mugshot of each with there vehicle and placed in a folder under my Gallery (Pirates Defender)

How do I get this folder placed to the trip gallery page and to make it accessible to all the crew to add photos to? Do we request that one of you moderators do it? How do the other fellas add there photos?

All in all a good day. No doubt that rest of the fellas will add some comment.

Cheers

Hi Guys
Had a great time except for the flat tyre!!!!!
Was really good to get to meet the fellow WA members.
This morning we drove around the bush a bit more then took the powerline track from the Dwellingup rd north to Albany Hwy.
Looking forward to the next outing

Gday all,
Well I have just arrived home from the AULRO/BSLRAS weekend away and I have to say I thoroughly enjoyed it. Everyone was really friendly and very easy to chat to. Saturday was good even if we did go around in circles for a while, Saturday night was a heap of fun (Ian I hope you got home ok) and we didn't get that much rain at all that night.
Sunday was good fun as well, we did a bit of a drive around where I led everyone in completely the wrong directions style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif  But hey you get that!! Then we went along the powerline tracks until Albany highway where we parted company with Adam and Sally, Andrew and Matt. John and I ended up taking all the back tracks right through to the back of the Mundaring Weir where we split company and I got lost for about an hour until my map finally came good on the computer and I managed to nav my way back home.
All in all a great weekend and I think we will have to plan the next one real soon.
