Woo Hoo I have a NANOCOM EVO & question

Well it arrived today and codes entered.. :-)

Checked all areas and the only fault code I have is the EGR Stuck Closed.

Funny I have removed the EGR. I read if you disconnect the plug from the vacuum solenoid it thinks it's not fitted and runs in this mode.

Anybody know how to adjust it to not need EGR, stop reporting fault or just plug it back in??

Not much you can do about the EGR without getting a remap that has the EGR disabled. Most don't however, so people generally ignore the fault.

I have noticed I cleared the fault and now it hasn't come back????

EGR Fault pops up from time to time If not disabled in the MAP. Call it something LandRoverish :)

Really dont think it will afect fuel economy.

I get a regular EGR fault and the EGR is still connected and working and the connector is clean.
I just ignore it. Might just be dealer income insurance.
