Front bumper on rear?

Hi guys,

Was wondering if anyone has attempted to fit a winch bumper designed for the front of a d1 to the rear of the disco? I'm thinking only slight modification will be required. Just some new 6mm plate to the chassis rail. The winch May foul the rear crossmember but that can always be sorted.

Let me know your thoughts!

It would have to be modified so that that it wouldnt be worth it, the bars are a totally different shape with totally different mounting designs.
Just build a custom rear bar with which mount.
