Excellent movie, great story set in WWII era Germany but quite sad as you would expect for this era. Geoffrey Rush as the step father and Jewish sympathizer played a great part , a little " Diary of Anne Frank" in its story line . My 10yo enjoyed it as the main character is a young girl.
