This may sound a bit on the petty side, but!
I have a 2011D4 HSE The vehicle has Leather (faux or real?) topped door trims. A month or so back the drivers side leather top of the drivers door stated to lift or should I say 'bubble'?
This is not how things should be!
Long story short, the Land Rover service agent had the entire door trim replaced under warranty as the leather top is part of an all in one door trim arrangement. I am advised that the door trim is cose to $1k in price landed from the UK.
So far so good.:)
Today I was had minor clean out in the back seat and noticed the trim on the rear door on the drivers side going the same way! Add to this the first signs of a bubble are now showing up on the passengers side front door trim. One door left to go I suppose.
I have let the service agent know and they will look at these problems when I can next get the vehicle to them.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Maybe the glue was used a bit sparingly???
