To show that I don't understand how computers work---
how can the CPU be only 17% but the frequency be over 100?


and-
should I expect faster transfer between drives using Acronis?

I think the 17 percent refers to the load on the CPU while the frequency refers to the maximum speed of your processors. So if you had overclocked the frequency could be over a 100% and if you have some power saving features to underclock it it could be lower. So 100% is probably a good place to be at :)
