Is anyone else having trouble ordering parts from ULR?

My wife's RRS has been off the road for a month because ULR "can't order parts".

A call to LRA and the response is "we can supply parts to our dealers".

ULR won't return calls now.

Is anyone having the same problem??

A lot of businesses work on "Stop Credit"
That is they only pay their bills to their suppliers when they want more stock. This practice has been going on for years, at least since the 1960's.
Maybe your order wasn't large enough? It is a commercial decision by your supplier. Try elsewhere.

I Agree. That seems to be the most logical reason. What I find unusual is that ULR don't seem to have the credit to order a $700 part.

How are they buying cars from LRA!?

And to be on credit hold with LRA for an entire month?

Spare parts and vehicles could be different business groups or suppliers.
Give Graeme at British Car Components a call if you are having trouble getting parts. He may be able to help.
