The grille below came attached to the front of my 107 and was fitted as part of the Holden conversion. I had initially dismissed it as a fridge shelf with a Land Rover badge but I suspect it may be from a FC.

Any opinions one way or the other ?

Either forward control or possibly 80" lights-behind-grille, although all the pictures of these I can find have cutouts in the bottom corners.

Guessing a 101, as the 109 and 110 seem to have an extension in the middle at the bottom.

Not a 101.

Actually I'm not sure, the SIIa and SIIb have a drop down bit in the middle and don't have the two reinforced bolt holes at the top. The 80" have cut outs at both bottom corners. Could it be home made?

Hello from Brisbane.

Don't know much about the grille, but the badge appears to be from an 80" model.

It is a bit hard for me to tell from the photo, but the mesh looks to be welded rather than woven/crimped, which supports Diana's theory of it being home-made, especially with the 80" badge,
