Have a look at www.sears.com. They currently are having a sale. One item is their 309 piece mechanics tool set for US$199.99. This weighs 32 lbs. and they do advertise an international shipping service. If possible I get my USA purchasing in <20lb lots so they came be posted air-mail in large flat rate boxes by USPS.
