I currently have a zavoli Allessi system. The injectors and all wiring is installed underneath the upper intake. So access to any components requires the top intake to be removed. Over the years engine heat and the force of being crunched underneath had taken it's toll on hoses and wiring. I have the injector hoses the supply lines to the injectors, the injector wiring plugs and fuel injectors for petrol all jammed underneath. It looks visually great, but as said it has it's problems.
I want to externally mount the injectors on to the top air intake. The Zavoli injector wiring is worn. I noticed some OVL 4 injector banks being sold on ebay would 2 of these work as replacements?

You can't just replace injectors with any other type as their operating characteristics (coil resistance, plunger inertia, flow rate etc) are different. You will need to do a full retune when you've installed the replacement injectors. You can select from a range of different injector types in the Zavoli software, one of them will match the OMVL injectors. I know this as I fitted a Zavoli ECU to a 5.7 Holden fitted with an OMVL system. Can't remember which type it was. Trial and error gets you there.
I currently have a Zavoli system on my little Merc with some oddball injectors, they work fine. I had a bloke come in with a BA Falcon the other day that the original fitter had upgraded from the block type Zavoli injectors to the newer rail type. The fitter idiot had forgotten to retune the system and the LPG mixtures were around 30% out. Changeover was awful. The original fitter has lost another customer.
Oh and all injectors need a range of restrictor jets to set them in the correct range. Get them wrong and your tuning will be difficult. If you use the autocalibration function in the software it tells you how far off optimum your jet sizes are.

Beautey to keep things simple, would I be better just finding a rail zavoli injector. Also the print on the existing injectors would id the flow rate etc? and provide info i need.
As said earlier i need to take the top off again to look

Do yourself a big favour and buy the software and tuning cable. Then you can change whatever parameters you like, read errors, fine tune etc.
Example (http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Zavoli-LPG-GPL-CNG-Programming-Interface-Tuning-Kit-laptop-connection-usb-/370611709469?pt=UK_Cars_Parts_Vehicles_Other_Vehic le_Parts_Accessories_ET&hash=item564a2de61d)
