Dual Battery Guinea Pig time again.

Hi folks and owing to some fantastic feedback gratefully provided by “sniegy”, relating to layout changes in the MY14 D4, I need to make some cosmetic changes to my dual battery kit and I am looking for someone, in the Gold Coast/Brisbane area, who is interested and contemplating, fitting a dual battery kit to the D3 or D4.

I will need your D3 or D4 for a full day and I what to both fit and reconfigure my kit to your vehicle and will also be using your vehicle to model the kit charges.

To this end, if someone would like a new dual battery kit, there is a good discount in offer for the time and use of your vehicle.

Also, I reguarly “ASSIST” in normal installations when someone wants a kit fitted, and I assist them in their own installation, so that they can gain knowage of working on their vehicles, and this same “ASSISTED” installation can be done if you would to learn how to wire up your D3 or D4.

I have bought and fitted my dual battery set up from Drivesafe in my D4. If you are thinking of putting a system in, I can highly recommend as some others on this site. When I needed verbal help, he was there on the phone to help me step by step.

Thank you folks, I now have 4 offers and will use all 4 to both set up the new kits and I have decided, after many, MANY requests, to make some videos of the installations.

Give me a few days to set up and I will then contact the 4 “Guinea Pigs” to organise fitting dates.

Hi folks and sorry it has taken so long to follow up on this request.

I had a number of volunteers put their vehicles and time, forward for “guinea Pig” installations.

Thanks to a rush job needed for a new D4 owner, I managed to get the new system up and running.

BUT.

I would still like to get some more photos of the new setups and try to make a couple of short installation videos, so if those volunteers are still interested, I will HELP you fit a new kit and the cost of the kit INSTALLED, will be the list price of what ever kit you want minus a 20% discount for your services.

All you need is an Optima D34 battery ( or two Optima D34 batteries if you want to fit a Triple Battery Kit )

These can be done weekdays or weekends.
