Hi Guys,
Has anyone else had either of these happen to them?

1 - A very loud / irritating squeak from the lower ball joint where the hub attaches to the control arms? Had mine replaced, seems the drivers side seizes up and the squeak occurs.

2 - Rear upper control arm bushes self destructing? Something my mechanic had not encountered before.

No but something in my rear lower arms make an annoying noise under low speed braking and by the look of it the bushes look shot - solution replace the arm & align (arm is 255 ex Sydney or a lot less from the uk). My back uppers seem fine but my front uppers are on the hit list.

I have read of folks having issues with rear uppers and it looks more common than the lowers for some reason (maybe my google-fu is not strong !?!).

How does it drive with those issues ?

Apart from the noise I didn't notice any difference!
The noise was not always there, it disappeared when the joint got lubrication from water or rain.
