Terrain Response display on aftermarket stereo?

Hi all.
Does anyone know if it is possible to have the D3 terrain response display on an aftermarket stereo?
On ebay you can buy a lcd stereo gps etc that fits where the original sat nav/terrain response display is located.
Hoping theres a way to get the display showing with the four wheels and centre diff lock etc...

Sorry, but the aftermarket screen just replaces the factory screen. These usually have WinCE and audio is pretty ordinary - from previous installation reports on here.

Yes. The OEM units use a communication standard called CANBus. I don't know of any aftermarket units that do that.
