Well Hello all you long lost landrover friends! Yes it has been some time since I last shared your company around a campfire or had the luxury of such good company to pull my P38 out of a deeper than expected muddy puddle, but I have finally been able to secure myself another Landy!
After selling the P38 to concentrate on growing my business as camping and 4x4 had to take a back seat for a little while I have been monitoring the market for a well priced landy and alas my favorite website graysonline has come good this evening!
I am now the proud owner of a D2 TD5! (See link)

Great for the price...I'm sure it will have its problems, but that's what gives a land rover its character, besides it can't be any worse than a P38 ;)
