uhf radio mountings??

Hey folks, last weekend i traded my d2 fir a 2006 d3 tdv6 se (pics to follow) and am Just chasing ideas as to where peoples have mounted their uhf radios?? Im looking to slowly transform from a mums city taxi to a more than capable off road vehicle.

Do a search. There are a couple of good features on Icom radio installs. Under the drivers seat is a regularly used spot for the remote mike models. If mounted on the seat frame, the radio unit moves freely with the seat, and is away from the ecu heat.
