Hi all

I am thinking about getting one of these for my 130:

Ute Slide | Cargo Sliding Storage Drawers | Tray Accessories (http://www.bedslide.com.au/home.html)

I will have to get a custom made job as they don't list Defender and I have 2 x big batteries running along one side next the wheel well.

Just seeing if anyone has had one made or made one themselves and if so how (ie what sliding mechanism)

Thanks

I have a terrible back and have made a couple of large sliding platforms for different utes I've owned. They worked very well and allowed me to access awkward heavy stuff without putting my back out.
I was lucky to get the two sets of runners second hand and very cheap off ebay. New they would have cost over $1700. Each pair can hold up to a ton extended.
