Just looking at some of the stranger guest stars and cameos. For me the stand out was the King of Jordan (when he was just the crown prince). Other notables: Mick Fleetwood, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Seth (Family Guy) Macfarlane and Iggy Pop.

Yep. That was where my little anecdote came from. In the TV show he was playing poker with Data, Newton and Einstein.
According to my Star Trek Encyclopedia (A Reference Guide to the Future), it was in the episode of TNG "Descent Pt.1".
