Air Vent Left Hand Dash

Hi All
Would appreciate if anyone knows where I might purchase an aircon vent for dashboard left side for HSE.
I removed the unit as internal directional blades had fallen off.
Too difficult to retrieve location pins so looks like a full unit is needed.
Look forward to any info.
