I have broken the rear side window on my 2012 puma, that is the fixed one.
I have a new glass and have removed the lining on the side to allow me to get at the fixings. My td5 had pop rivets holding the frame in, however this one does not and has what appears to be clips. I can't see how to remove these clips or whatever they are to release the window frame. In previous posts there have been links that said you needed to remove the lining but does not say how to remove the clips.
So the question is has anyone done it or know how to do it.
Thanks in anticipation.
Lindsay.

Newer windows are held in by double sided tape and the clips you have seen.
You will have to cut the tape to remove window. This is a very tedious job best done with a thin flexible blade. I would also tape the paint around the window prior for protection.

I've removed a few of these to install Gullwing windows.
Just lever the plastic clips out with a very small screw driver, but that's the easy part.
Not only do the newer windows have double sided tape, they also have sealant which makes the job of removing them a pain.
The most time consuming job is cutting through the sealant and double sided tape on the outside. To do this, I recommend you get a 'flexible' paint scraper so you can get in between the window frame and body. Sharpen the corners of the scraper and tape over the paint work around the window.
