Hi
I am looking at doing some mods inside the 90 to help me get around Australia without too many loose things in the back that may hit me in the head, you all know my history :o

The plan is to fit a drawer and a "unit" for lack of a better word above it. it needs to have a false floor with cut outs for a fridge a third battery box a slide out ramp for the two mutts as will be too high for them to jump up, total height will only be around 3 inches for this part.

There will be a cargo barrier to be fitted also which will impact on the design I suppose

Question is, is there anyone in the club who can help me design, build and install one?
Or recommend someone local who can help?

I will also be doing a lot of other mods; bolt-on’s mainly that I may need a hand with, electrics too. More of an extra hand than anything else though. Expert guidance is as always appreciated. This is to save time more than make up for incompetence on my part

Bull bar and winch is getting a quote as we speak so one less day off the road for me

Priority is the inside though so if you or you know someone who can help please drop me a line

Hey Garry,

Ben at APT Fabrication must be worth a call. He would probably be able to do exactly what you need.

Other than that there are a few of us who can design things up and get stuff lasercut and so on if you wanted too. It can take a while however!

I don't know if 90's and 110's have the same rear space, but this is in the markets:

I spoke to APT and he sounded very keen to help, so I will keep you posted on what he comes up with

Also emailed a few other places about bars and winches, seems near impossible to find someone that has all the bits to finish the job

I wonder how much air freight is from the uk?

None the less its looking up

Well after phonecalls and a few emails I have had no response from 2 vendors on the forum. Its most dissapointing but seems I can't get any joy so will go the same route as before as the old 90

On the plus side it should all be done by the springs trip so you can all have a look over it
