Has anyone had any luck putting one of those ebay door locks into a 110 drivers door?
I have a carryall and the LHS was fine as I replaced the one already there but the drivers side appears to be missing an internal part to be able to fit the lock in the external handle where the plug is.
Any ideas???

Do you mean the anti-burst unit is missing the barrel for the lock?
I've replaced RH anti-burst unit (Part number:395037) on my GS as the old one wouldn't actually lock after installing the key no matter what I tried, the lock barrel tube had been cut in half so i'm assuming it had suffered problems in the past. The new anti-burst unit slipped right in and the barrel lined up with the hole on the door no problems. Both of the anti-burst units accepted the key barrels without a problem.
I can post some pics of my locks if it helps?

Thanks, there must be a part missing as the barrel won't connect to anything. On the LHS there is an orange plastic bit that the barrel connect to.

I guess it's possible you've got older slam type lock units, I'm not sure if they made anti-bursts without the lock barrel tube. I've attached a pic of the anti-burst unit that I removed from my GS in case it's of use (remembering the barrel tube has been cut down for some reason), pretty much all the pics of these units that i can find online appear to have the barrel tube.

No mine are different They look like a car door handle. That type of lock is on the back door of the 5 door personnel carrier.
