Turbo Hose

Hi :(at 370K in my 300tdi and a rebuild at 350K I now have the 2" elbow hose from the Turbo soaked in oil as if it has seeped through the rubber. When I say soaked, it is damp not dripping???
On a previous vehicle I had one of these elbows crack but no sign of oil!!!
Any suggestion ?

could be turbo seal?

It also could be ring seal in cylinders. I am not happy with the amount of blow by in my rebuilt 2.8tgv and fear it is average ring seal. A change in oil may help but im not hopeful

my 200 tdi was always like that for some reason,It is still going with the new owner,Does the 300 have the filter thing off the tappet cover.keep this clean helps.Also replace all the rubber hoses with silicone,surprising as you will feel a slight increase in power.
