Is the door window glass compatible between D1 and D2?

Hi all,

Today, I came out of my apartment to find my neighbour fitting a piece of plexiglass where his Right Rear door glass used to be on his 2000 Discovery 2.

Apparently, he was at a flea market just down the street from our apartments, and some arse smashed the window out and stole a bag out of the back seat....a bag full of sweaty smelly gym clothes!!

I told him I would try to source some replacement glass for him, and was curious...does anyone know if the full door glass will swap between D1s and D2s? I wasn't sure to be honest.

I greatly doubt it, from what I remember the doors are a different shape and length, so IMO very unlikely to match.

I agree with the above post. Although the D1 and D2 look very similar, the D2 is a completely new design, and I do not think any panels/glass (or much else) are the same.

I believe that the rear door is the same. All other panels are different.
