My little eas kicker does not seem to be working.
The BRO drove around with it plugged in and let water from the blocked air con drain drown it. GRRR.

Fortunately I have the bypass kit and the eas isolation switch installed which keeps the thing mobile.
But when the valve block kit arrives and is installed I will still have to clear the faults.
Damn and blast.
So what about the Nanocom ? or do I have to buy a new kicker ?

Cripes.

I've used my Nanocom Evo 2 many times to adjust settings on the EAS. Which has resulted in faults that I've cleared due to bad entry of values. Also cleared out of range faults when I had the height sensor arm extension a little too long (part time for the lift kit).

So yes I believe it clears all eas faults. But so will a cable and a copy of eas unlock on your pc. Grateful I have the nanocom but the cable and free software is far cheaper for just an eas fault (and that's all the software and cable does).

Yes it'll reset all eas fault codes. Great piece of kit!

Jeez thats a relief, thanks.
I wont bother plugging in the Nanacom yet untill after I repair and fit the valve block.
The one I bought in the usa should be here in about a week.
I will put the new o ring kits in that and then rebuild the original as a spare.

Do you have a cable to run eas unlock on a laptop?

No.
I have know idea what an eas unlock is.

I do have a Nanacom tho.
I will plug it in later today and clear the faults so that I can depressurise the system and get straight onto refurbishing the Valve block when the second hand one turns up.
Tomorrow I hope.

I presume the nanocoms that can adjust EAS are ones set up for RRC and/or P38s?

My Nanocom Evo is licensed for my D2a TD5, but with my new bucket list RRC LSE 95 (with working EAS and TD5/4HP24 transplants) I lashed out and bought a BBS full kicker unit, so I should be covered? might have to call Colin and see if I can also just add the EAS to the Nanocom Evo as a backup/redundancy.
