I've tried contacting him before too, never had any luck....

We do have some issues with our email server Specially for those from the website contact form, but we have not been having any problem in the last months!

I do apreciatte our costumers and our business very much and also apologize if someone was forgotten by one of our emails!

I have sent you 3 emails, 2 very close together on 30 April and one about an hour ago.

Can you confirm you have received them. I wasn't too worried that you hadn't replied as I'd seen your Face Book updates and guessed you were busy. I just want to check you've received them. Still no hurry on the reply.

Jose is fantastic to deal with. He can be difficult to contact at times, but, his product is well worth the wait. I am very happy with his services...

I have had follow up emails/Facebook messages to check on how things are going as well.
