What is this pipe for?

I have a pipe on my Thor running from the intake manifold on the left hand side to the fire wall and below. It has a green tap attached. You may be able to see from the pic it is burnt and has a hole in it where located close to the exhaust manifold.

Anyone know what this is for?

it runs vacuum from the manifold through the control valve to the carbon canister then to the fuel tank vent.
