Is anyone running these seat covers on a Perentie?
If so, how well do they fit?

I don't think they'd work too well with the head rests. But I have never seen that item of Smittybilt gear.

In an earlier thread of mine Gromit68 said he has a pair fitted to his seats; not sure though if was talking about a Perentie or a regular County or Defender.
I'm tall (6'2'') and long in the leg so I have the seat in my Perentie cranked back almost to the ROPS bar so not sure how the top pouches of the Smittybilt cover would go for clearance as they seem to be located up almost at headrest level.
Interesting bit of kit though...........

Gromit68 has covers that only cover the backrest, not the base and headrest. I've seen Gromit68's Senior Commander, the covers are very nice and with the molle, very useful in a wagon. Not so good in my FFR I suspect due to difficulty in accessing the pouches, never mind your problem with clearance.
