Day out on the Tuna

After all the rain we have had here I actually got a chance to get out and chase tuna on fly.

Landed 4 for the morning and dropped a few.

Great fun are these speed demons.

My boss and his mates went out over Easter from Portland, Vic. Their first major go at them.

You cant wipe the smile off his face. They too only caught four between I think, three of them (?). They lost a few fish, and from what I can tell, quite a bit of gear.

Makes me wonder how you do this on fly,,, :cool:

Cheers guys.
I'd hate to have been a camper last week Andy there where reports of caravans and campers washing away on the west side . A lot of the camp sites on the west will never be again they are completely destroyed. Believe it or not it hasn't stopped the terrorists from the place.
