Recommendations for getting tinted in Sydney

I can recommend the shop where I had my D4 done in January - link below. They have had a special on for months $249 for any car windows tinted with 3M. I chose Colour Stable 35 (CS35), which is the darkest legal tint. (I'm actually going there again tomorrow- to get my daughter's car done as well!)

People drive from all over Australia for Rob from Hunters Hill window tinting to tint there windows. He is very popular with guys that want the very best tint job done. He will also tint as dark as you want. It's your car and if you want an illegal tint then that's your business.

And he doesn't charge any more than the others.

There is only one Shire and we have our own wizards and elves to keep us safe from those from the north... ;-)

I did mine yesterday for $350 at solartint plus at blacktown. .35%. they did a very nice job, quality work with life time warranty on fading, bubbles.

They used black pearl tint, which is a new technology, better than metallic and dye based tints. Please dont ask me why its better. .:)

I got 3M crystalline it's pretty dear cost about $650 for the car but it's guaranteed the best tint I've ever had blocks out so much hear really good I've just got it put on my wife's new vw golf definitely will never use anything else.

Nat - crystalline looks like it sure does the biz better than anything else, but how dark is the 35% compared to others? I did think it might be a bit 'lighter' in the look of it?

I got the darkest legal one you can get 35%, but I reckon you could get a bit darker but yeah it doesn't worry me much but I'll guarantee the best tint I've ever had in any car that's why I'm specially ordering it again on my wife's car love it blocks out so much heat when parked in the sun and that.
