Dipstick for SDV6

Does anyone know if it is possible to fit a conventional dipstick to 2013 SDV6? I find the oil level sensing set up a PIA as it is slow, car must be dead level etc. Nothing beats the old dipstick for a quick check. Dealer doesn't seem to know. Thanks

If the hole for the 2.7's dipstick exists in the 3.0 block/ladder frame then perhaps a 2.7 one will fit but with different/larger EGR valves the tube may not have the correct bends or may not fit between the engine and the body.
