I get home from work this afternoon to find my old Range Rover sitting outside my house!. I sold this truck 5 years ago. I moved house nearly 12 months ago.

What are the odds of this happening????? The owner was the person that I sold the truck to. His friends live next door to me!

I really miss this Range Rover and regret selling it. The owner loves it. It has not seen much use as the tyres still look pretty new being the old style BMG mud terrain. The owner said it is still running well, with only normal servicing taking place over the last 5 years. Its still one of the most reliable Range Rovers I know that is still running the original EFI. Paint is faded and needs a polish, but it sounded very nice. He has added the spot lights and the roof rack too.

I am still gob smacked at the fact this happened this afternoon.

You think that's weird, I walked out and my old Land Rover was still there, I never even sold it. You can't explain that :D
To add further murkiness to it, it hadn't leaked ANYTHING.....:o

I bought my last defnder second hand from a dealer in Perth. 4 years later I was sitting in front of the pub in branxton, NSW when a guy approached me and told me he was the previous owner.

when I sold the truck to a forum member, turns out he works with this guy as well. Seems he can't get away from that truck!

I traded in my S111 swb truck cab to my local LR dealer on my Defender 110. About a year and a half later I was at a party a long way from home. The host, my mate had another mate there and told him I also drove a LR, got chatting and went outside to look at his and it was my old one :D

If you love something set it free.
If it comes back it yours.
If it doesn't, it never was.

Bottom line, the car is yours.
