I saw a Dark Green 90 on a Tow Truck

On the way to catch the bus this morning on Mt Cotton Rd in Sheldon (Redlands Shire in Brisbane), I saw a dark green short wheel base on a tow truck.

Does it belong to anyone on here? I hope its not too broken.
