I need to replace the radiator in my GF's 97 110 300TDI ,with A/C .
Is it possible to remove / replace the radiator without disturbing the A/C radiator and plumbing ?

Definitely.
Check out the oil cooler hoses that run to the radiator, and if they are showing signs of leaking where the hoses are swaged to the pipes replace them while you are at it.

Yep agree with Steve , it should not take too long and check those oil cooler pipes they get old and hard and weep. If you replace them, go original from Landrover. I bought a set from a reputable aftermarket supplier, but they just didn't fit. They took them back with full refund no problems.

Pay attention to the rubber strip between the intercooler and the radiator. Make sure it's OK or the intercooler can rub on the radiator side tank and damage it, the metal is only thin. simmo;)
