Good on him!

UK veteran back home after D-Day escape (http://www.skynews.com.au/news/top-stories/2014/06/08/uk-veteran-back-home-after-d-day-escape.html)

I know Robert COWPER (RAAF) who is there at the celebrations at the moment ... he is a legend and a good bloke too...

do yourself a favour and read his book.

I just want to shake his hand and say "thank you" After all, if not for him and the others we would not be driving Land Rovers! Swap your rangie for an X5 anyone?

Embodies the spirit of the men that fought in that and other campaigns.

The heart of a Country/Nation is the people that protect and serve it.

Thank You Bernard Jordan and all your comrads.

Baz.
