Clutch fork boot

Can anyone help out with a part number for the clutch fork boot on the MSA-5G Isuzu gearbox?
It has the pressed tin fork as opposed to the cast one.

Someone posted a link to an online Isuzu parts place in the US a couple of months back, that had the parts manual pages and prices etc online.

Can't find the link, but pretty sure it was here in the Isuzu section and the post referred to prices for piston oil squirters etc.

If you can find the site it should be easy to find the boot.
