Looks rubbish plasticky and tacky.
Plus engineered for lhd only.
Won't be hard to beat the defender in the American market. (Rolls eyes)

Looks like a love child between a FJ Toymota and a SSangyong Kurando.

I was going to say FJ-Cruiser and Mahindra Jeep.

With a name like "troller" this has to be a joke. Not to mention the problem selling a 6sp manual diesel into the USA.

Yup 100% ugly, BUT:
The drivetrain is pure ford ranger/bt50, 3.2 tdci5, 6 spd manual which by now would have been under a new defender, if Ford didn't fire sale LR. The ranger has a true 130 in wheelbase and there is a wagon due soon from Ford. Not sure if Mazda will do a version as it would impact cx9 sales.

Isn't ford's new wagon the ranger based Everest?

I could have sworn Ford had a global "one ford" policy which was to make new vehicle platforms usable world-wide. A LHD only vehicle is in direct conflict with that.

Trouble with it is Ford will use Taiwan made TDCi's and Chinese made Getrags that fail on a regular basis, unless they use UK/German made units it will be rubbish. Pat

Ford own Mazda, so they probably will.

One of the companies Ford kept in the fire sale........

It would want to be a bit better than some of the Transit vans that have woeful electronics which are basically unrepairable:(

X3. Defo some of the Paj in there! Wud look better on slightly larger muddies with some mud flaps at the rear...

Ford own Mazda,

At one time they were about 30% shareholders but they sold the bulk of it and only have a bout a 3% stake now.
