So, what they are saying is, they gave people a list of 100 people, and 50 specific, pre-determined job types, and asked them to rank them.

Not really a good way of doing it, as it means people are comparing each person or job on the list against each other, rather than a wider cross section.

If you asked 1000 people what job type is the most trusted, I suspect that you would get more than 50 different responses.

Those lists could be used another way.:) Simply turn them upside down and start again from #1 at the top and call it "Australias Most Distrusted People and Professions":twisted:

It's nice to see that sex workers rated higher than a couple of others, there are quite a few doubtfull names there ;) but Allan Joyce-- that little Irish Git! all he has done is run Qantas into the ground!
