Either through the rolled down windows, and/or through the not perfectly closing door seals, or even more sophisticated, through a really efficiently working ventilation, heating, aircon system.

Amusingly today I was in an auto shop and picked up some cleaning and polishing products. My wife thinks my obsession is getting slightly out of hand considering it is still miles off from arriving.
