Cargo area in a Disco

Sorry guys and girls this was the best place I could ask.
Had a Disco 95 Mod for awhile went STH and brought a Nissan and now coming back again.
Again sorry for this when did the cargo area change ie bigger cargo area in the Discos??? My 95 was quite small, I am cheating to ask without looking and measuring the area around and maybe abit lazy as well, so I thought I'd ask.

Changed with the introduction of the Disco 2 in 1999.

I said sorry for the question as it was a general question...to everybody who may have owned a disco over the years
ie Def or Rangey owners...yes I did look at The Disco area but wanted to cover all owners.
I was on here a lot at one stage...wonder why I left the forum even thou I sold the Disco but still had very much to do with L/R.....but anyway thanks all who replied...again sorry for "not putting it in the right place".

The 'bigger' cargo area in the D2 isn't that much more than was in the D1. Sure, it is bigger but not by heaps.

I've just come back to Discovery ownership after a brief foray into the Defender world. I used to have a D1 and going to a Defender was great - loads of room for everything.

But now, going to a D2 from a Defender, I'm really struggling to get everything to fit inside. Maybe it's time to cut back on all the unnecessary junk I carry with me.

I've had 1, 2 and 3. It has been a progression with 2 being slightly larger than the 1 and then quite a but bigger again in the 3 and 4 is the same as 3.

The 3s started I believe in 2005.
