NOS 2 litre distributor cap

Visited 4-Wheel Drives in Blackburn today and Jim has located some NOS distributor caps.
They are made by Intermotor (UK aftermarket company) so the only 'issue' is that they don't have Lucas written on them.

He will be putting a couple on eBay but if you phone him I'm sure he'll sell you one......

Can't login, I guess you need to be a member.

I don't recall any problem years ago with their parts back in the UK. They are now part of a much bigger group Intermotor Automotive Components | Standard Motor Products Europe (http://www.intermotor.co.uk/smpeurope/index.asp)


The caps 4 Wheel Drives have a quite old (but new).

Ah, forgot about that!

Two of the chaps bought different products - one had three new flasher units from them that were all faulty and he found similar posts on other forums; the other chap mentioned brake-light switches that corroded, or didn't work well.

This of course is hearsay; however; it would be wise, as with all purchases, to check before buying on the returns policy,

It's sitting higher than the old one in the picture. Old one was removed and I fitted the Intermotor one to check the fit.
Listed on the box as Land Rover 50 something to 58.
