Hi
I found a good page on an interesting website which gives a good outline of OEM v Genuine v Aftermarket bits

I like their golden rule "If it seals, turns, or is safety critical, use Genuine"
To which they kind of add my maxim "if it's a bastard of a job, use quality parts" :p
